I am a licensed psychologist specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, and LGBT clients. I work in private practice in Philadelphia, PA.
I completed my doctoral education at the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology of Widener University, where I also now serve as a faculty member. During my training at Widener University, I obtained significant experiencing working with a diverse array of clients. Many of my training experiences involved work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, compulsive sexual behaviors, and substance abuse. I have completed training rotations at many well known institutions, including the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, the Keystone Center, the Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment, and St. Joseph's University Counseling Center.
In addition to my clinical and academic work, I have also presented at national and local conferences, including Philadelphia's Equality Forum, Philadelphia FIGHT's Annual HIV Prevention Summit, and at annual Spring Meetings of the American Psychological Association's Division for Psychoanalysis and the Society for Personality Assessment.
